Returns & Exchanges

At Singer Sewing Outlet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase; if you are not happy with your sewing machine or accessories, you may return them within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and manuals to be eligible for a return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Pack Your Machine

  Carefully repackage your item in its original factory box, ensuring all internal foam inserts and accessories are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, making sure to keep a copy of your tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our warehouse, we will process your refund back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
